We offer our customers the option to view prices in a variety of currencies when browsing and purchasing through our site. 

When a currency is selected, the price is shown in the chosen currency according to the most recent exchange rate. Please note that the currency conversion shown is only a guide and the actual currency conversion that will be charged by your chosen payment method may vary.

Upon checkout, all products and shipping methods will be shown in the chosen currency and customers will also see the amount ultimately charged in USD.

Myfurlycat.com processes all orders in the United States Dollar. So if you are located outside of the US, you will checkout using United States Dollars at the most current exchange rate. 

If you need to change or cancel an order that hasn't yet shipped, simply contact us as quickly as possible. The faster we catch it, the easier it is on our team. 

Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.  

We advise that you wait at least 24 hours after the package was marked delivered to see if it arrives. Please check with your neighbours, housemates, and family members to see if they happened to receive the package by mistake or on your behalf.

Be sure to check with your local post office or customs office, as they sometimes may be holding the order. 

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us via support@myfurlycat.com and we will be more than happy to help!  

If you have not received your order within 60 days of your order date, we will be happy to process a refund.

It's possible that payment was rejected initially due to your bank's error. As a result, there might be a pending charge on your bank statement. The money should be bounced back to your account in a few business days. 

In case you still don't receive the funds, please contact us via support@myfurlycat.com. We will look further into our system to see if we receive the payment twice.

In some circumstances, customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel should be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
